The Richard Rorty Society invites submissions for its inaugural meeting on the theme of “Crossing Boundaries: Rorty’s Promise” or any aspect of his life and work. The meeting will be held on September 8-10, 2016 at Hamilton College, Clinton, NY. Keynote speakers TBA.

Please submit a 350-word abstract suitable for blind review via email to cmascaro@hamilton.edu with “RRS Submission” in the subject line.
Submission deadline: February 15, 2016.

We expect to have limited funds available to cover room and board for some international participants.
The Richard Rorty Society was founded in 2014 to promote study of the work and life of Richard Rorty (1931-2007), and to encourage and support scholarship and other writing inspired by and in the spirit of his work, across the disciplines.
